The Upper Saddle River Police Department would like to introduce Project Guardian.  The purpose of this initiative is for the Police Department to have a list of residents who have special needs or who are at-risk due to a medical condition.  This information will be used to facilitate our response during an emergency.  If you feel you or a loved one might need such assistance, please fill out the form enclosed and mail it back to the Upper Saddle River Police Department attention “Project Guardian.” The information is voluntary and will be kept strictly confidential by the Police Department.

Those residents who sign up for Project Guardian are also encouraged to register for two lifesaving programs, Angel Sense and Gold Star ID, offered through the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department.
