To apply for a temporary handicapped parking placard fill out the form below, which must be completed by the applicant and the applicant’s medical practitioner. Once the form is complete it must be dropped off at the police department along with a $4 check, made payable to NJ MVC. All permanent handicapped placards are issued through the Department of Motor Vehicle. Any questions please call the police department at 201-327-2700.
