Patrolman McWilliams stopped a motor vehicle, bearing a Louisiana registration, on Route 17 North for committing a moving violation. The driver, a 25-year-old male, from Philadelphia was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was subsequently arrested for possession of Marijuana.
