The Upper Saddle River Police
Department Traffic Safety Divisions main goal is to foster greater traffic
and pedestrian safety within the borough. This goal is met by
educating the public, enforcing motor vehicle laws, conducting child
seat education and installation programs, driving while intoxicated
checkpoints, and traffic safety presentations.
The Traffic Safety Officer is
highly trained in radar operation, accident investigation, accident
reconstruction, DWI investigation, and is also a Certified Child Seat
Technician.
